Every person deserves a safe place to call home—and for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD), that dream is often out of reach.
Universal Possibilities is building an apartment complex designed for dignity, independence, and community—and we need your help to make it happen.
We have entered into a contract to purchase the property at 100 Riley Street in East Aurora and have received a variance from the village of East Aurora to create 12 one-bedroom apartments for independent adults with I/DD. This project is the realization of a vision that has been many years in the making.
About Universal Possibilities
It is our mission to provide innovative housing opportunities for independent individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) who desire to live in an inclusive apartment community among their peers – living, learning, thriving!
Our community-centered apartment complex will have accessibility to public transportation, employment opportunities, and leisure activities that will provide a living environment where residents can thrive. Our UPLift Wellness program will create a habitat where residents can socialize, learn, engage in physical activity, and enhance their well-being and quality of life.
